Since opening in 2019, Franca has become a mainstay of the Potts Point dining scene. A place where guests arrive for lunch and find themselves still at the table as the evening settles in.

This is the Riviera rhythm: unhurried, generous, shaped entirely by what’s in the glass and on the plate. Executive Chef José Saulog brings classical French technique to the flavours of coastal Europe, spanning Spain, Italy, North Africa and beyond, in dishes made to be shared across the table, not saved for yourself.

Available weekdays only for two weeks — every guest receives an Oyster Washed Mini Martini with Oyster and Caviar on arrival.

Wednesday to Sunday, 5–6pm. $9 Martinis and Negronis, $8 beers, and a $28 Moreton Bay Bug Roll to start the evening right.

Sunday Ritual

$135 per person, three courses, and an invitation to bring something special from your cellar — no corkage on one bottle per four guests.
